There are days when you look into your fridge, decide to take out all you have and then throw it into one pan.
And it was a good idea 😉
I can never keep a recipe to myself, so I am sharing it with you guys and hope you enjoy it!
roasted potatoes cut into bite sized pieces
salt and pepper
Cut everything into bite sized pieces. Fry the onion in a bit of olive oil. Add the potatoes (I used roasted ones because I had them in the fridge and also because it is faster this way) and brown them. Now mix in the rest of the ingredients and spices. Season to taste.
To finish it off, crack an egg and fry it. Doesn’t it look tasty?
My husband thought so and dug in!
