Oh dear, I almost did it again. How can I forget it is Monday? Is it because it is the day after Canada Day and therefore a day off in Canada? I have the feeling it is still Sunday.
In addition, we were cleaning the house all day because the photographer is coming tomorrow to shoot pictures of our house. It will be on the market within a week and then we are crossing our fingers! Only 9 more days before we are off to Germany and that means no fancy grocery shopping and I had to get creative with this weeks assignment: Tea Sandwiches
Sigh…so I am late.
Birdie went to bed early yay and I still have a chance to make my deadline. Nothing like pressure, ey?

All you have to do is assemble it. I hate soggy and or white sandwiches here so I toasted mine. Guess, it is no longer a tea sandwich then but I think I will survive 🙂
