Sea buckthorn Dip Mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
2 tbsp milk
Vegetables Chips
Mix all the ingredients apart from the chips because they are the dipping vehicle 
The dip mix I bought in Germany the last time we went and the sea buckthorn is something typical from the Ruegen area. I just love it. It is for those moments when you are just too lazy for everything.
Ok, ok we are almost there….The flight to Germany is just around the corner. So forgive me that I did not go out to buy vegetables etc. for this week’s assignment chosen by My Wholefood Romance
And it is so darn hot here in Calgary that all you want to do is hide somewhere and wait for the night to cool down.
Forgive the short post but I have some cleaning and hiding to do! I will try and post while on vacation but it will probably be very irregular. See you all back in 6 weeks!

No we are on vacation for 6 weeks visiting family
Dann freu Dich mal auf das good old Germany, denn hier erwarten Dich, wenn Du Glueck hast 20 Grad und dafür jede Menge Regen und wenig Sonne ;-( Aber auf Ruegen wird das Wetter bestimmt besser sein als in HH *lol*
